We had a great stay at Club Mykonos. Beautiful sea view and safe. The apartment is beautiful and tidy, but the material of the two 'Upholstered' armchairs is very dirty, we had to throw towels over them to sit on them. Also the material of the sofa at the end of the bed, and the dressing table's chair's material is terrible The throw and scatter cushions are also dirty. It looks like the apartment is just being cleaned, neat bedding etc. It looks like all the "upholstery" has not been cleaned for years. We didn't even want to touch the arms of the chairs , that's how dirty it is.
My stay was absolutely amazing and I would recommend the place to others.
Yes for sure, enough entertainment. Just sorry about the service at the restaurants.
Our stay over the Easter weekend was really awesome. The kids had a fabulous time and there were so many activities for them to do. We will definitely go again should we get an opportunity.

The stay was very relaxing. Service was world class. Staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities and views were amazing. There are a few things that could improve your stay. A generator during load shedding is definitely a must. A bigger indoor pool or more heated pools. During winter, the indoor pool will be used the most and if everyone will be at the indoor pool, it will be very unpleasant.
We had a great stay there, but according to their rates for their units, I might have expected a little better. There was a lot of noise from other units until late at night. We stayed in unit 206, whose ocean view patio is enclosed with glass which helps a lot with the wind, but the glass is so dirty that it is not a pleasure to sit there. The building, especially on the sea side, needs a lot of attention. It doesn't look good at all for the rate their units cost per night.
Enjoyable weekend with friends.
The unit I booked was not as expected. We had almost no sea view. False pictures were uploaded on the site to attract clients. No braai facilities.
We had a nice stay at Club Mykonos, although we received an invoice from their reception for R1650, while we paid R2000. If you want to add extra fees, I would suggest that you ask the hotel not to show the actual amount to your customers.

Was really very nice, but very noisy even though silence is asked for in the rules. If I had known in advance I would have chosen a different room, but now I know for next time.

While the resort was great I am not impressed with how our rooms were assigned. I acknowledge that Kaliva rooms cannot be pre-booked however when a family books two rooms on the exact same booking (not separate!), one would think that the reservations team would have due diligence to place them even remotely together. We did not get that service. Our rooms were very far apart and we arrived before 4 pm to check in and were told sorry we can't change your rooms. As well as this, there was nothing forewarning that a massive sporting event was taking place at the resort (definitely didn't mind it despite the loud commentator for the swimming right outside my room). It would have at least been nice to have been informed that the sporting event was happening before I arrived.

Really pleasant stay.
There is a merry go round, making the place a little noisy on Saturday evening. During load shedding, the games park was operating. I checked out a day earlier than what I had planned.
My stay was enjoyable but i do feel the walkway leading up to the kaliva could be cleaner and the pillow cover of the armchairs in the lounge were broken.
Upon arrival the unit smelled fresh & clean. Check in/out was a breeze. All the staff were kind and helpful. So enjoyed the Tuck-tuck service. Location was perfect! Would definitely recommend.

Everything was good. Safety was my priority as I was with my grandkids all alone. The unit was very clean. I have no complaints about its location. I was hoping it would be close to the sea sand or close to a pool and garden for the kiddies.

Everything about Club Mykonos Resort Langebaan was fine, except for the WiFi, which was a bit slow at times because I had to do some work. Other than that, it was all good.
Club Mykonos is probably the best resort I've been to. The only problem was the weather and not having our daughter with us. I also visited for the first time, so I didn't know where I would have liked to have my room. Now I have the map and the pictures in my head.
Will definitely want to come again for longer in the future.

Only problem was the loadshedding.
It was very cold but there were heaters, and the view was amazing my husband enjoyed the view from our balcony.
It's a beautiful place, with many well-equipped chalets. I was directly opposite the play park, and little ones really enjoyed it. I really want to visit with all my children in the summer.
The accommodation was more than what we expected, I wish we could stay longer. The facilities available are so convenient and the entertainment is just what we needed especially with my 5-year-old son. The kids area was full of activities and set programs which my son enjoyed. We found ourselves laying on the bean bags in the play area watching Scooby Doo. We just need a break from all the entertainment. Overall Mykonos is a fabulous place to enjoy.

The room no 588 is located above the cooling facilities of restaurants and during the night it is very noisy and we did not get much sleep. It was very unpleasant.
We had wonderful weather even though it's deep in winter.
Everything was on point. From the booking in, to the location of the unit, the friendliness of the staff, the neatness of the unit, every item was catered for inside the unit, left one wanting for nothing. Although the weather nor loadshedding did not come to the party, the braai on the patio was most welcome, as we could make hearty meals on the fire without having to leave our unit. Will definitely stay there again!

When we arrived the stairs were dirty - papers and chicken bones laid on stairs - were pools of water that you have to walk through and then climb stairs to unit which is also wet.

Let me first take this opportunity to express my gratitude to everyone who helped make our stay at Club Mykonos a success. What a wonderful location to stay. When checking in, the receptionist, security, porters, and the rest of the personnel were all wonderful and kind. The setup in the rooms was perfect, and the view was stunning. The rooms were amazingly clean. The fact that the location was wonderful means I won't think twice about returning.
When we do these breakaways, it is costly and if we can save somewhere, we do that. Don't neglect to say that this is all about making money. Something simple like the shower caps/swim cap - the one they made us buy was not even waterproof, purely a piece of material to make money from. If this was communicated prior to our stay we would have brought our own. You get there with your kids and now you are forced to buy this material thing because your kids are excited to be there but now more money expense. I did not like this.
We couldn't enjoy our little patio because our patio furniture was dirty, patio wasn't cleaned at all. The bathroom's hot faucet struggled to turn off, some of the lights didn't work, the bathroom floor was dirty and had no mats. Furthermore, the apartment was okay, the bedding was clean and the service was good.
When I came to reception, I was not welcomed, the lady at the entrance was chatting off with a friend, inside drinks were offered to other clients and I was passed by, people were taken out of the line to another desk and were assisted eventually when it came to my turn, the reception lady looked me in my face then walked away, in the unit the kettle was faulty. I did not feel to report it after the way I was treated at reception, we did not have enough blankets in the unit and it was cold, the unit below us was overcrowded and noisy, I counted 7 adults and at least 3 children in a 1-bed, 4 sleeper, noisy until early hours of the morning. These people were unruly, the one child kept on coming to my 7 year old boy and tugging on him and I was polite and asked the child to leave my son alone and the parents did not seem interested, the only person who was very helpful to us was the the cleaning lady who was very polite. And the indoor swimming pool people were swimming without caps, not properly dressed wearing vests and shorts. The jumping and screaming when I complained at the desk, the lady told me she was alone and she can't assist as she has to help other guests coming in, but at this time there were no other guests at her desk. This was really the worst experience I have ever had visiting the resort.
Mattresses are absolutely bad quality. My husband's back still hurts. I hope next time you can have better mattresses. You should make more golf carts available. Thank you.

The stay was amazing. Staff was great. I only have one complaint. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary, we got a call from what we assumed was the reception area that they have a small gift for us and a car will pick us up in a few minutes. We were surprised and excited. The car dropped us off at the vacation club and we were confused to be there. We had sat for an hour listening to a sales pitch for a vacation package, and at the end we got a R90 breakfast voucher to use at a restaurant which didn't even offer vegetarian meals. We were leaving very early the next morning so that didn't help either. I just thought the whole concept to get us to this sales pitch was sketchy, a waste of time and totally uncalled for. It felt like we were being conned.
Thought it was a ground floor unit we booked. Had a nice stay.
The programs they offer keep you busy, especially if you go on vacation with your family.
The golf cart rides were unique and helped a lot, especially for the older folks.

Like e.g. when I made reservation for Jacuzzi no one told me it costs extra. I thought it was included in the price. When we got to the heated pool, the lady said that you have to wear a swimming cap, but she didn't say they sell it. I had to ask. So the service was poor. I think you should be informed in advance about what you can expect and what you must have and how things fit together.
Been to Club Mykonos in the past, is always nice and relaxed there, very neat resort, feels safe and shops and restaurants nearby are a big plus. Top notch self catering accommodation.
We refused she was unpolite speaking to my myself and my mother like children. She was unfriendly and unprofessional. The next day the they told us the warm pool was not working and that we are to pay to use the jacuzzi. We ended up not paying for the jacuzzi. They kept giving different information when calling number 5. My spa treatment was the best. The room had random people's socks there which we left in the room. Some plugs was faulty and not working.

Carefree holiday from the first step with online booking through the website. The accommodation unit was clean and tidy. Fully equipped kitchen. Holiday activities offered are a definite plus. Access control at all points gives peace of mind.
Excellent for families with children. Ample entertainment and variety of entertainment, restaurants and things to do for everyone. Privacy sometimes not guaranteed and sometimes very noisy. Still an absolute dream vacation.

We stayed over with friends at Mykonos. It was very noisy in the early hours of the morning. The accommodation was minimally equipped and decor felt cold. The bathrooms definitely needs restoration. Especially the bath was a bit gross. Well located, but for the same price you can rather rent a hotel room or something else.

We stayed in Kaliva 308. The kids had a ball. Kaliva is quite old, dirty carpet and sofas. But we still had a good time. The resort offers a lot for young and old. We will be back.
Unit was nice and tidy. Public areas dirty with stumps in gardens and empty bottles in small garden outside the front door. Reception promised to let us know if our unit was available after cleaning, which never happened, and then went to inquire themselves at 4 pm.
Upon arrival there were already problems which LekkeSlaap quickly resolved. The room was filthy and the sofas, chairs and carpet were filthy. We threw towels over the furniture so we could have a seat. The bathtub was full of marks and the smell of cat urine was overwhelming. Would not recommend to anyone.
The room we stayed in was beautiful - spacious, close to all amenities and had a beautiful view. Room 326.

There is a lot to do, I give that to the place. We stayed in room 171 and people above us played loud music and socialized until 04:00 in the morning. I will never pay so much money for such an experience again. I went home at the end of the day more tired than when I arrived.
I would never recommend this resort. Our unit was dirty when we checked in, even the couches were moldy. This place seriously needs to upgrade their units. In Langebaan there are better places that will cost you even cheaper, give Club Mykonos a skip. They never see us again! Horrible holiday experience!
We really enjoyed ourselves at Club Mykonos. The place is amazing! Picturesque and very different from other holiday spots. The only problem was the customer service. We were not welcomed well and were not asked if we at least enjoyed our stay.
We thoroughly enjoyed the weekend.
Very clean and tidy but in urgent need of attention to the overall appearance of the apartment blocks as well as the bathroom tiles which appear worn and unkempt. Little things like the painted cabinet doors with painted knobs detract from the look of the apartment. Also very difficult with the stairs for elderly people - no lifts.
